Thank you for choosing Urban Tails! Urban Tails is (for now) an online store, so we will deliver your goods to you in one of the following ways throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit.
Delivery methods:
- Delivery to LP Express parcel machine . If you choose this method, we will deliver the ordered goods to the LP Express parcel machine of your choice. The price is 0.00 EUR if the cart amount is only 30 EUR. For orders up to 30 EUR, we charge a shipping fee of 1.90 EUR.
- Delivery by courier . If you choose this method, the courier will deliver the ordered goods to your home or other specified address. The price is 4.90 EUR, and for orders over 60 EUR – free !
Urban Tails ships ordered goods on the same or next business day after the order is placed and payment for the goods is successfully made.
The goods will reach you within 1-3 days, depending on the chosen delivery method and the time of order completion. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee in all cases that the ordered goods will reach you within the specified deadline. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an increased volume of shipments during the holiday period or carrier logistics, the delivery of the parcel may be delayed, but we always make every effort to ensure that the parcel reaches you and your four-legged friend as quickly as possible.
After placing an order, you will be informed about the status of your order via the email address and phone number you provided, so don't forget to enter them and make sure you haven't made a mistake.
If your pet happens to step on your computer keyboard and causes an error in your address or other contact information, contact us immediately.
Do you live outside of Lithuania or can't find a suitable delivery method for you? No problem - write to us by e-mail info@urbantails.lt and we will try to find the most suitable way for you to receive the goods.
Although we carefully select only the best products for you and your four-legged friend, we understand that sometimes it may happen that an item does not fit or you do not like it. In such a case, you can exchange or return the item. Read more about returning goods here .
