What is Churpi?

How is Churpi made?

To make Churpi, yak milk is boiled with a little lime juice and a pinch of salt to thicken the milk, which is then pressed and left to dry the cheese by smoking for 28 days. To ensure quality, the production process is controlled at every step, and sustainability is also ensured.
