The 100% waterproof raincoat material with taped main seams keeps your dog dry. The ultra-lightweight material, ergonomic design and fully adjustable fit provide your dog with exceptional comfort.

Please note: the fluorescent material must absorb light in order to glow in the dark. The glow lasts for up to 90-120 minutes, after which additional light exposure is required to renew the glow function.
