Gourmet duck sausages contain 73.5% muscle meat and 6.5% duck liver from ducks responsibly farmed in the UK. The muscle meat, consisting of 53.5% boneless and 20% duck heart, provides protein and essential amino acids.

Organ meat is very tasty and is a natural source of essential fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. 6.5% duck liver is used, which is rich in vitamin A and is a natural and balanced nutritional source.
