Gourmet duck sausages contain 73.5% muscle meat and 6.5% lamb liver, made from lamb responsibly reared on UK farms. Muscle meat, consisting of 53.5% boneless lamb and 20% lamb heart, provides protein and essential amino acids.

Organ meat is highly palatable and contains natural sources of essential fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. 6.5% lamb liver is used, which is rich in Vitamin A and is a natural and balanced nutritional source.

CHICKPEAS AND CARROTS

With 4% chickpeas and 4% carrots, these two ingredients are an excellent source of low-fat fibre and slow-release energy.
