FREE-RANGE TURKEY

Gourmet turkey sausages contain 73.5% muscle meat and 6.5% turkey liver, using turkeys from responsibly farmed UK farms. Muscle meat, consisting of 53.5% deboned turkey and 20% turkey heart, provides protein and essential amino acids.

TURKEY ORGAN MEAT

Organ meat is highly palatable and contains a natural source of essential fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. We use 6.5% turkey liver, which is rich in vitamin A and is a natural and good source of nutrition.

CHICKPEAS AND PARSNIPS

With 6.5% chickpeas and 4% parsnips – these two ingredients are an excellent source of lean fibre and slow-release energy.
